Refund & Replacement Policy

Because achar is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened jars for change of mind. We will make it right if something goes wrong with your order.

We will replace or refund if:

• the jar arrives leaked, broken or damaged;
• you received the wrong item or a missing item.

How to report it

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@eedaachar.com or WhatsApp +91-9893033881.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging as received (an unboxing video helps too).
3. Please don't throw away the jar or packaging until we've replied.

What happens next

• After review, we will send a replacement or refund the affected item(s), whichever you prefer.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days.
• Reports made after 48 hours, or without photos, may not be eligible.
